On June 14, 2021, Comstock Resources, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that, subject to market conditions, it intends to commence an offering of senior notes due 2030 in a private placement to eligible purchasers.

A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
