Declaration of an interim dividend

This is a company announcement made by Computime Holdings p.l.c. (C 74592) (the "Company") in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

QUOTE

At a meeting held today the 8th October 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the payment of a gross interim dividend of €900,000, of which €400,000 are from the Company's Untaxed Account. This amounts to a gross dividend of €0.014486 (as rounded) per share having a nominal value of €0.10 each. The interim dividend will be paid on or around 31st October to the shareholders of the Company appearing on the Company's register of members maintained at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange as at close of business on 15th October.
