POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is issued by Computime Group Limited (the “ Company ”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of The Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “ Shareholders ”) and potential investors that based on the preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group, a 12.4 times to 17.1 times of the profit attributable to owners of the Company is expected for the six months ended 30 September 2021, which is approximately HK$26 million to HK$36 million, as compared to that of approximately HK$2.1 million for the six months ended 30 September 2020.

The increase in profit attributable to owners of the Company was primarily attributable to the increase in customer demand, resulting in year-over-year revenue growth despite the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic disruption in global supply chain.

The Company is in the process of finalising the interim results of the Group for the six months ended 30 September 2021. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the Board with reference to the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 September 2021. The Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2021 are expected to be published in late November 2021.
