Computershare Limited (ASX:CPU) today announces that it has acquired I-nvestor, one of the leading providers of registry, plans and AGM services in Denmark as well as AGM services in Sweden.
Consideration of Danish Krone 65 million (USD12.4m) was paid in cash. The positive impact on Group earnings per share is not material.
Computershare CEO, Mr Stuart Crosby commented. “We are pleased to welcome I-nvestor into the Computershare family. The acquisition further expands Computershare’s footprint in Europe and gives the company a significant presence in another key European hub, with a solid client base from which to grow. As well as their current suite of products and services, I-nvestor will be able to market the full range of Computershare services including Georgeson, IML and Corporate Governance products into the region”.
