RESET PREFERENCE SHARES SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

In accordance with the Company's timetable for conversion of its reset preference shares ("RPS") to ordinary shares, the RPS will be suspended from quotation prior to the commencement of trading today, 24 September 2004.
