Sale of The Pavilions

Melbourne, 5 November 2003

Computershare Limited (ASX:CPU) today announced that its UK subsidiary, Computershare Ltd, has completed the sale of its Bristol (UK) office building, The Pavilions, to a subsidiary of the Topland Group of companies for £21.6 million. Computershare has entered into medium term leases for approximately 60% of the building.
