Subject: Appointment of Non-executive Director

Computershare Limited (ASX:CPU) announces that it has appointed Mr Jerry Lieberman to its Board as an additional independent non-executive director effective 1 August 2010.

Mr Lieberman has recently retired as president and chief operating officer of AllianceBernstein L.P, a United States based global investment management firm. Mr Lieberman brings a wealth of experience to the Computershare board having held a number of senior positions in both line and staff roles in financial services organisations in the United States and Mexico, including chief of administration at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc, chief financial officer of Fidelity Investments, and senior human resources officer and country managing director of Citicorp.

The Company’s Executive Chairman, Mr Chris Morris, said that Computershare is delighted to have secured Mr Lieberman’s services as a non-executive director and welcomes him to the Computershare board.
