Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations™), this is to inform that Mrs. Priyanka Singh (DIN: 08752330), vide her letter dated 20th March,2026 has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of the Company, effective closure of business hours of 30" March,2026. due to personal reasons. Consequently. she shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
