ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY

The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal of the Property was completed on 3 November 2014 (Canadian Time).

Reference is made to the Company’s Announcement dated 31 July 2014 in matters related to an Agreement for the sale by the Vendor and purchase by the Purchaser of the Property was entered into between an indirect subsidiary of the Company, Vanbao Development (Canada) Ltd., the Vendor, and Cressey Projects Corporation, the Purchaser, at a consideration of CAD19,200,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$138,508,800).

The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal of the Property was completed on 3 November 2014 (Canadian Time).

Unless otherwise stated, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement dated 31 July 2014.
