Sub: Allotment of 20,659 equity shares pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 20,659 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the eligible employees of the company pursuant to exercise of the vested options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019.

The Equity Shares allotted rank pari - passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.

In view of the above the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 49,14,31,190 /- consisting 4,91,43,119 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
