Sub: Allotment of 62,155 equity shares pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme

This is to inform you that the Stakeholder Relationship Committee, at its meeting held today, has allotted 62,155 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the eligible employees of the company pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019.

The Equity Shares rank pari - passu with existing Equity Shares of the Company.

In view of the above the issued and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 48,99,35,960/- consisting 4,89,93,596 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The details as required under the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 are enclosed as Annexure – I.

• • Till date, the Company has received two In-principle approvals from BSE for shares to be issued under CAMS ESOP Scheme 2019:

• In-principle approval for 6,40,553 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each on 08th January, 2021

• In-principle approval for 8,22,247 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 01st November, 2021.

The above mentioned allotment of 62,155 shares has been made out of the first lot, i.e., inprinciple approval dated 08th January, 2021.

- The Company got listed on the NSE on 07th May, 2021 and has received in-principle approval from NSE on 28th September, 2021 for listing upto a maximum of 13,97,280 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to be allotted pursuant to CAMS ESOP Scheme 2019. The above mentioned allotment of 62,155 shares has been made out of this lot, i.e., in-principle approval dated 28th September, 2021.
