• Sub. : Updates on formation of a joint venture company with KFin Technologies Limited

• Ref. : Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”)

This is further to our previous intimations dated October 28, 2024, and November 08, 2024, intimating regarding inter-alia Computer Age Management Services Limited (“ Company ”) entering into a joint venture agreement (“ JVA ”) with KFin Technologies Limited (“ KFin ”), with respect to the incorporation of a joint venture company (“ JVCo ”) by the Company and KFin, for the purposes of owning, developing, maintaining and operating the jointly developed investment management platform and ecosystem named ‘MF Central’ (“ Transaction ”).

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the incorporation of the JVCo in the name of “ MFC Technologies Private Limited ” on March 08, 2025, and issued the Certificate of Incorporation thereof.

Details as per BSE’s Circular No. 20230714-34 dated July 14, 2023, and NSE’s Circular No. NSE/ CML/2023/57 dated July 14, 2023, are as under:
