Ref: Intimation made on 07[th] March 2022 with regard to Investment in Fintuple Technologies Private Limited.

This has reference to our letter dated 07th March 2022 , informing entering into Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement and Shareholders Agreement with the existing promoters and shareholders of Fintuple Technologies Private Limited (“Fintuple”) and with Fintuple to make a strategic investment in Fintuple by way of a primary and secondary acquisition amounting to 51 % of the total paid-up share capital in the form of Equity Shares (“Transaction”) .

We would like to inform you that the Company has completed the said transaction today. Consequently, Fintuple has become a subsidiary of the company with effect from today.

The above information is also being hosted on the Company’s website www.camsonline.com in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
