- Sub: Board Meeting Intimation under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Revision in the Record Date

This has reference to our intimation dated 18[th] October, 2021 informing of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on the Monday, 15[th] November 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Half Year and Quarter ended 30[th] September, 2021. It was also informed that the Board will also consider payment of Interim Dividend.

In compliance with Regulation 42(3) and 42(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record date for ascertaining the shareholders entitled for the interim dividend, if any approved by the Board, will be 24[th] November, 2021 and not as mentioned in the letter dated 18[th] October, 2021.
