Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 05[th] May 2025 (“Meeting”), inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated), for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 and to take on record the Auditors Reports thereon.

The Board will also consider and recommend the payment of Final Dividend. The record date for ascertaining the shareholders entitled for the Final dividend, if any approved by the Board, will be intimated separately.

As intimated earlier, we wish to inform you that the trading window for the Connected Persons / Designated Persons and their relatives/immediate relatives / Insiders of the Company will remain closed from 01[st] April 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
