2. Recommended the appointment of M/s. B Chandra & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years from FY 2025-2026 to FY 2029-2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
