- Sub: Board Meeting Intimation under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on the Monday, 15[th] November 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30[th] September, 2021.

The Board will also consider payment of Interim Dividend. The record date for ascertaining the shareholders entitled for the interim dividend, if any approved by the Board, will be 22[nd] November 2021.

As intimated earlier vide our letter dated 28[th] September 2021 regarding closure of Trading Window, we wish to inform you that the trading window for the Designated Persons of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results i.e. till 17[th] November 2021.
