This has reference to regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of india (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015. in furtherance to our intimation dated 25[th] May 2021, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has approved the following relating to Key Managerial Personnel (Chief Financial Officer) of the Company at their meeting held on 25[th] May 2021.

• a) Took on Record the Retirement (Superannuation) of Mr. M. Somasundaram, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with effect from closure of business hours on 31[st] July 2021.

• b) Appointed Mr. S.R. Ramcharan (PAN: ABCPR1567N) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 01st August, 2021.

The Details required under Regulation 30 the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given in the enclosed Annexure.
