Sub: Intimation of Alteration in the Articles of Association

In furtherance to our intimation dated 25[th] May 2021 and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) we would like to inform the following:

The existing Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company was approved by the shareholders prior to the listing and hence consists of two parts namely, Part I and Part II, with Article 3 stating that Part II shall automatically terminate and cease to have any force and effect from the date of listing of Equity Shares of the Company on a recognized stock exchange in India pursuant to the Offer and the provisions of Part I shall continue to be in effect and be in force.

The Board at the meeting held on 25[th] May, 2021 has approved the modification to the Articles of Association for deletion of Part II referred above and the same will be placed before the Shareholders for their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
