Sub: Resignation of Mr Abhishek Mishra from CAMS Insurance Repository services

In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Abhishek Mishra, Chief Executive Officer of CAMS Insurance Repository Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company on 23[rd] August, 2021 due to personal reasons.

Mr Abhishek will continue to be in service till 13th November, 2021 The Company will be taking required steps for filling the vacancy arising from the above resignation and will appoint a replacement for Mr. Abhishek Mishra in due course.
