In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Neeraj Lal, Chief Risk Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company due to personal reasons.

The Company will be filling the vacancy arising from the above resignation and will appoint a replacement in due course. In the interim, Mr. Indeevar Krishna, Chief Process Officer of the company will hold additional charge of the portfolio of the Chief Risk Officer.
