NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the 37th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Monday, July 07, 2025 at 04:30 PM IST through Video Conference (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) to transact the business as set out in the Notice which will be circulated for convening the AGM. In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA Circulars") and the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI Circulars") from time to time, the Company has decided to conduct the 37th AGM through VC/OAVM facility without the physical presence of the members at a common venue. Members can join and participate in the 37th AGM through VC / OAVM facility only.
