Notice is hereby given that the 35th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Computer Age Management Services Limited ("Company") will be held on Monday, August 07, 2023 at 04:00 PM IST through Video Conference (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) to transact the business as set out in the Notice which will be circulated for convening the AGM. In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with relevant circular(s) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA Circular(s)") and the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI Circular(s)") from time to time, the Company has decided to conduct the 35th AGM through VC/OAVM facility without the physical presence of the members at a common venue. The venue of the meeting shall be deemed to be the Registered office of the Company.
