PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES, TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

Computacenter plc (the "Company") announced the results of a share buy-back by way of tender offer on 13 February 2018.

The Company announces that, in connection with the tender offer, the Company purchased 8,546,861 ordinary shares at a price of 1170 pence per ordinary share on 14 February 2018.  These 8,546,861 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 8,546,861 ordinary shares in treasury and the Company has 114,141,109 ordinary shares in issue excluding treasury shares.

The Company announces in accordance with DTR 5.5.1 that the percentage of voting rights attributable to those shares it holds in treasury following the share buy-back is 6.97 per cent.

The Company announces in accordance with DTR 5.6.1A that, as at 14 February 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 122,687,970 ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each, each carrying one voting right. 8,546,861 of these ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, is 114,141,109.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under Listing Rule 12.4.6, DTR 5.5.1R, DTR 5.6.1A and DTR 5.6.1R.
