On 16 June 2016, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company had, on the same day, purchased 26,000 ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 780.50 pence per share.

This purchase, in total, represented approximately 0.021% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Greg Lock's beneficial holding is 504,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
