Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R

On 3 June 2016, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company had, on 2 June 2016, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 837.5 pence per share and 3,060 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 836.5 pence per share.  The Company was notified that Greg Lock had also purchased 4,700 Ordinary Shares on 3 June 2016, at an average price of 840.5 pence per share.  

The Company was additionally notified on 3 June 2016 that Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, had on 2 June 2016 purchased 4,940 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 836.5 pence per share and, on 3 June 2016, purchased 1,900 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 840.5 pence per share.

These purchases, in total, represented approximately 0.015% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following these purchases, Greg Lock's beneficial holding is 478,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
