Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R

On 22 October 2015, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company, had on 21 October 2015, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 745.5 pence per share. The Company was additionally notified on 22 October 2015 that Mr Lock had, on the same day purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 746.6 pence per share.  These purchases, in total, represented approximately 0.0053% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following these purchases, Greg Lock's beneficial holding is 441,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
