On 30 June 2015, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company, had on the same day purchased 41,500 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 768.80 pence per share. The purchase represented approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase, Greg Lock's beneficial holding is 390,922 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
