Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R

On 24 April 2015, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company, had on 23 April 2015, purchased  5,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 673 pence per share. Additionally on 24 April 2015, the Company was notified that Mr Lock had on the same day purchased 16,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 688.81 pence per share. Together, these two purchases (the "Purchases") represented 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the Purchases, Greg Lock's beneficial holding is 326,922 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
