On 3 September 2014, Computacenter plc was notified that Collis BVBA had, on the same day, purchased 1,573 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of £6.17 per share.

Collis BVBA is a company that is 50 per cent owned by Lieven Bergmans, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company, and additionally 50 per cent owned by Katrien Vinken, a connected person of Lieven Bergmans.
