Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(a)
On 24 March 2014, Computacenter plc was notified that Christopher Webb, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), had on 21 March 2014, exercised options over 70,000 ordinary shares of 62/3 pence each in the capital of the Company, at an option exercise price of 250 pence, under the Computacenter Employee Share Option Scheme 1998.
The shares for the above-mentioned exercise were satisfied out of shares held by the Computacenter Employee Share Ownership Plan.
The Company was further notified on 24 March 2014, that on 21 March 2014 and subsequent to the exercise of options referred to above, Mr Webb sold 58,000 ordinary shares of 62/3 pence each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 671.5 pence per share. Mr Webb additionally retained a balance of 12,000 ordinary shares of 62/3 pence each in the capital of the Company from the exercise.
