On 28 October 2013, Computacenter plc was notified that The Greg and Rosie Lock Foundation Charitable Trust, a charitable trust of which Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company, is a trustee, had, on the same day, sold 20,000 ordinary shares at an average price of £5.55 per share. The transaction represented approximately 0.014% of the issued share capital.

Following this transaction, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 400,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.288% of the Company's issued share capital.
