Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a)

Further to the announcement made on today's date under RNS number 6976I, Computacenter plc announces that on 26 March 2015, Forest Nominees Limited on behalf of The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust purchased 340,163 ordinary shares in the Company at 701.748 pence per share. The shares were purchased as a result of awards vesting under the Computacenter Performance Share Plan 2005.

Following this purchase, Forest Nominees Limited will hold 2,349,307 shares on behalf of The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust.

The Trust is a discretionary trust under which all employees of Computacenter plc are potential beneficiaries, including the directors, each of which is deemed for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006 as interested in all of the shares held by The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust.
