Directorate Change

Computacenter plc, the independent provider of IT infrastructure services and solutions, today announces that Ian Lewis is to step down from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors, with effect from Monday 2 September 2013.

Ian joined Computacenter on 15 June 2006 as a Non-Executive Director.

Greg Lock, Chairman of Computacenter, commented:

"Ian has made a significant contribution to the Board during his seven year tenure as a Non-Executive Director. I would particularly like to take the opportunity to thank him for his counsel in respect of the Group wide ERP implementation project, which has now been successfully completed across our businesses in the UK, Germany and France."
