Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Computacenter plc, the independent provider of IT infrastructure services and solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Regine Stachelhaus as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors, with effect from 1 July 2013.

Most recently, Ms Stachelhaus has spent the past three years as a Member of the Board of Management at E.ON, based in Germany, where she had a broad range of operational responsibilities including for Legal & Compliance, Group Procurement, Group Human Resources and IT.

From 2009 - 2010, Ms Stachelhaus was Executive Secretary for the German Committee of UNICEF. 

From 1984 - 2008, Ms Stachelhaus worked for Hewlett Packard in Germany across a wide number of management roles including Head of Legal and Sales Director of its Consumer Business Organisation.  Between 2000 and 2008, Ms Stachelhaus was a Managing Director of Hewlett Packard GmbH, Hewlett Packard's German subsidiary.  

Ms Stachelhaus originally qualified as a lawyer specialising in employment law and software licensing.
