We wish to inform you that Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") has issued a circular bearing reference no. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, introducing a special one-time window to facilitate the transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities that were bought or sold prior to April 1, 2019. This window will remain open from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. Please find attached herewith report received from the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited dated June 06, 2026, on re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares for the month of May 2026.
