This is further to our intimation on the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 16[th] February, 2022 informing about approval for issuance of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company to the eligible shareholders of the Company for an amount not exceeding Rs. 50 Crore (Rupees Fifty Crore Only) by way of a Rights Issue in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and other applicable laws.

We hereby inform you that in pursuance to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 7[th] November, 2022 at the registered office of the Company located at D-601/602 & G-601/602, Lotus Corporate Park, Graham Firth Steel Compound, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (East), Mumbai – 400 063, inter alia, to consider, discuss and approve various matters in connection with the rights issue including the terms and conditions such as determination of the rights issue price and related payment mechanism, rights issue size, rights entitlement ratio, record date, rights issue opening and closing date and other matters incidental or connected therewith.
