This is with reference to my position on the board of Compuage Infocom Limited (“Compuage” / “Company”) as an Independent Director.

I have been struggling of late with respect to finding, and devoting, the required time for my duties and responsibilities towards Compuage owing to my increased work responsibilities. Owing to this, and after careful consideration, I have decided to resign from the Company’s board as an Independent Director with immediate effect.

I take this opportunity to thank you and the board members for the collective inputs provided on various matters, and wish Compuage the very best in its future endeavours.
