However, due to lack of quorum required, the said AGM has been adjourned, and now the adjourned AGM will be held on next week, on same time i.e. Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. (IST) through VC/OAVM to transact the business listed in the same Notice convening the AGM.
The Company is in process of publication of Notice of Adjourned AGM in the Newspaper, as intimation to all shareholders.
