Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and AGM

The Company today announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 have been sent to shareholders and an electronic copy is available from the Company's website https://investors.comptoirlibanais.com/financial-reports/.

The Company can also confirm that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Unit 2, Plantain Place, Crosby Row, London Bridge, SE 1 1YN on 19th July 2021 at 10.00 a.m.

In light of current public health advice Shareholders are able to attend the AGM in person this year, however the directors are not encouraging attendance.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy, instructions are detailed in the letter to shareholders. Shareholders may also wish to submit questions in advance via e-mail to the Company Secretary, michael.toon@levant.co.uk.
