COMPOSITE ALLIANCE GROUP ANNOUNCES OFFICER RESIGNATION

(the “Company” or “CAG”) (TSXV: CAG) announces that Stéphane Conort has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The board of directors of CAG extends its gratitude to Mr. Conort for his contributions to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavors.

The Company is searching for a new Chief Financial Officer.
