Componenta's financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2026

During the year 2026, Componenta Corporation will publish its financial reports as follows:

• Financial Statements Release for 2025 on Friday 6 March 2026
• Business Review for January‒March 2026 on Friday 8 May 2026
• Half-year Financial Report for January‒June 2026 on Thursday 23 July 2026
• Business Review for January‒September 2026 on Friday 30 October 2026

The Annual Review 2025 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published in week 12. In addition, Componenta publishes the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2025.

Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, 14 April 2026. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.
