Componenta’s Annual Review for 2020 published

Componenta Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, 12 March 2021 at 8.00 am Finnish

Componenta’s Annual Review for 2020 has been published in Finnish and English
at company’s website at www.componenta.com. The Annual Review includes
the consolidated Financial Statements, the Financial Statements of the
parent company and the Report of the Board of Directors for the period 1 January
– 31 December 2020.

The Financial Statements in Finnish are published for the first time in
accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements.
The Financial Review is available separately in XHTML format and the primary
statements have been labelled with XBRL tags.

Componenta has also published its Corporate Governance Statement and
the Remuneration Report for 2020 on the company’s website, in the
Investors section under ”Corporate Governance”. The statements can be downloaded
as PDF files in English and Finnish. The Annual Review, Corporate Governance
Statement and the Remuneration Report are also attached to this release.
