Change in Componenta’s financial reporting schedule in 2019

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 12 November 2018 at 17:45 Componenta Corporation will change the publication date of the Business Review for January-March 2019. Previously announced publication date was Friday, 17 May 2019 and the new publication date is Thursday 16 May 2019. During the year 2019, Componenta Corporation will publish its financial reports as follows: · Financial Statements Release for 2018 on Friday 22 March 2019 · Business Review for January-March 2019 on Thursday 16 May 2019 · Half-year Financial Report for January-June 2019 on Friday 2 August 2019 · Business Review for January-September 2019 on Friday 15 November 2019 The Annual Report 2018 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published on 12 April 2019 at the latest. Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 16 May 2019. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.
