Schedule for Componenta Financial Statements Bulletin and Annual General Meeting to change

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 5.2.2016 at 15.30

Componenta will publish the 2015 Financial Statements Bulletin on Friday, 11
March at 8.15 EET instead of 9 February 2016 like previously announced.

The preliminary information on net sales and result for the fourth quarter and
full year 2015 will be published on Tuesday, 9 February at 8.15 EET. The
bulletin will be available on the company’s website www.componenta.com after
publishing.

The strategy process related to the restructuring the company’s business
operations and the negotiations concerning financial solution have not been
finalized which will effect the composition of financial statements. The both
issues have been announced earlier by the stock exchange release published on 4
December 2015.

Componenta’s Financial Statements for the year 2015 including the report by the
Board of Directors and the auditor’s report will be published on 11 March 2015.

The Annual General Meeting of Componenta Corporation will be postponed to be
held on 1 April 2016 instead of 18 March, like previously announced. The
meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on. Due to the change
of the Annual General Meeting time, the Shareholders, who request a certain
issue to be included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, can notify
the Board of Directors of Componenta on 12 February 2016 at the latest. A
written request together with an explanation or a draft resolution shall be
sent to Componenta Corporation, Board of Directors, Panuntie 4, FI-00610
