Componenta's Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement 2011 published

Componenta Corporation's Financial Statements 1 January - 31 December 2011 and a separate Corporate Governance Statement 2011 have been published today in Finnish and English. They are available on Componenta's website at the address www.commonenta.com.

The Financial statements 2011 contain the consolidated financial statements, the report by the Board of Directors, income statement and balance sheet of the parent company and the auditor's report.

The Corporate Governance Statement 2011 is given as a separate report from the report by Board of Directors, and can be read at www.commonenta.com, in section Investors.

Componenta will publish the whole annual report 2011 including also information related to corporate responsibility on 10 February 2012.
