Componenta Corporation's 2010 Annual Report, Financial Statements 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2010, a separate Corporate Governance Statement 2010 and a Summary of year 2010 releases have been published today on the Group's website in Finnish and English. Some of the information of the releases included in the summary might be out of date.

The Annual Report contains the consolidated financial statements 2010, the report by the Board of Directors, income statement and balance sheet of the parent company and the auditor's report.
