Componenta Corporation Stock Exhange Release 31.10.2011 at 10.30

Componenta Corporation will publish its 2011 Financial Statements release on 24
January 2012. The 2011 Financial statements, including the report by the Board
of Directors, will be published on 2 February 2012.

In 2012 Componenta will publish three interim reports as follows:

Interim Report January - March 2012 on 20 April 2012
Interim Report January - June 2012 on 13 July 2012
Interim Report January - September 2012 on 17 October 2012

Componenta Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on 23 February
2012 at 9.00. The meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on.
Shareholders, who request a certain issue to be included in the agenda of the
General Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors of Componenta latest on 27
December 2011. A written request together with an explanation or a draft
resolution, shall be sent to Componenta Corporation, Board of Directors,
