Componenta's financial calendar 2008

Componenta Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2007 on Wednesday, 30 January 2008 at 10.30.

The annual general meeting of Componenta Corporation will be held at 11.00 on Monday, 25 February 2008.

During 2008 Componenta will publish three interim reports as follows:

The first interim report for 1 January - 31 March 2008 will be published on 16 April 2008 The second interim report for 1 January - 30 June 2008 will be published on 15 July 2008 The third interim report for 1 January - 30 September 2008 will be published on 14 October 2008

The press conferences for analysts and representatives of the media to be held when the interim reports are published will be webcast simultaneously on Componenta's Internet pages at www.componenta.com.
