Inside information: The Finance Committee has today voted in favour of the Ministry of Defence's proposal to acquire 120 mm mortar shell-tail assemblies from Componenta.

If the transaction is completed, deliveries to the Defence Forces would be scheduled for 2025–2028. The total value of the potential trade is approximately EUR 50 million, including an option worth approximately EUR 9 million for 2028. The completion of the transaction requires the approval of the Minister of Defence.

If realized, the potential transaction will not have an impact on Componenta's profit guidance for 2024.
